Itis an annual Kenyan award initiative founded in 2020. We have now completed our third edition, held on November 29th, 2025.
Jesus encouraged His disciples to work and receive reward. Kibali is a Swahili word that means favor.
To be the most prestigious and most sought after music Awards in Kenya and Africa, and ensure that gospel music is recognized and spread all over the world.
To promote excellence in gospel music and transform its image to a top quality production.

We are a group of individuals who are like minded with an aim of seeking to award the hardworking, determined individuals and those that are in different areas in the gospel industry : gospel artistes, gospel djs, radio/tv presenters among other categories
Members of the public can nominate individuals they believe deserve recognition in each award category. Gospel artists, DJs, and radio or TV presenters may also submit self-nominations.
The winners will be decided by the highest number of votes from the public. Voting will be done through website.
